Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day returns: Return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
- Size exchanges: Wrong size? We’ll exchange it for another size (subject to stock).
How to start a return
- Email support@kaizowear.com with your order number and the item(s).
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the address.
- Ship the item back with tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item — then it’s on us.
