Shipping Policy
Kaizo ships from our warehouse in China to the destinations below.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery estimate after shipping: typically 7–15 business days depending on destination
- Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates (USD)
- Free shipping: on orders of $100 or more (all supported destinations)
- United States (mainland): $9.90 flat when under $100
- Remote US (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US territories): $19.90 flat when under $100
- United Kingdom: $7.90 flat when under $100
- European Union: $12.90 flat when under $100 — duties & handling included for typical low-value parcels
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea: $9.90 flat when under $100
Checkout only shows shipping for supported destinations. We do not currently ship elsewhere.
Customs & duties
United States: US orders under $800 typically have no import duties or customs fees. Any charges outside our control are the buyer’s responsibility.
European Union: Our EU shipping rate is set to include typical low-value parcel duty/handling so you see one clear shipping price at checkout. VAT may still apply depending on your country and how tax is collected at checkout.
Other destinations: Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
